Suhel has over 20 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services industry of which 10 years have been in Retail Financing, 5 years in International Loan Operations and another 5 years in Investment Banking operations. Suhel has extensive knowledge in Retail Financing which started Baja Auto and moved on to Weizmann Group as Branch manager of Pune Branch and went on to become Head of Retail Finance division managing 40 branches across the country. During his stint with Weizmann he was instrumental in setting up 23 branches in Western Region.
Suhel has served as Loan Operations Head for North America in Deutsche Bank & moved on to become Global Head of Loan & Trading Operations in JP Morgan. He has also Headed OTC Derivative Operations for all 3 regions – US, Europe & Asia.
Suhel is passionate about driving long distance and enjoy playing cricket.
Executive Director, Founder
Executive Director of the Group, responsible for the overall strategic direction and business operations of the Group, including Group’s finance and treasury matters, financial reporting, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, legal.
He is Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in Retail. Along with with few of the most reputed Multi-national and Indian organizations including LG electronics India, Club One Air, Future Group, Madura Fashion and Life style, Mohinanai Group in Ghana Africa.
Ranjith is a seasoned professional with career track record of 24 years imparting vision/focus to key operations in the field of Business Process Services, Account management, Vendor management, Transitions, Operations and Business Consulting.
His experience spans across Payer and Provider domain in the US healthcare market. His business focus has been into Medical claims management, Revenue Cycle Management and Workers Compensation. Managed team size of 500 plus FTE and revenue generation of USD 7-8 million annually. Managed claims for one of the top fortune 10 Insurance Company.
He is focused on working collaboratively with clients to enhance end customer satisfaction, reduce total cost of operations and help build outcome based financial models.
Head Talent Management & Development
S Inamdar, is a seasoned Talent Management and development professional with rich industry experience of 17 years in Talent Management domain. An M Tech in Education Technologies, she has extensive exposure to hiring, developing & retaining talent in organizations.
She started her career as a standup trainer and has moved on to perform senior roles in various MNCs. With holistic understanding of Talent Management, she has worked in the areas of recruitment, change management, Organizational development, coaching, succession planning and workforce management. She believes in a structured approach to talent management that links together business strategy, operating model, roles, development and reward.
She is passionate about giving back to the society and has served as a member of the advisory Committee for PMI India’s Champion programs for 4 years in voluntary role.
In her current capacity she heads Training & Development function for one of Hewlett Packard’s entities in India
